Bruce and Rose attend church in Edenton, North Carolina where Bruce is also the Music Director.
For the past 27 years his main focus has been education, either teaching in classrooms of Camden and Gates County or building his own learning. While teaching, he has developed other skills by working in marine construction, and rehabilitating old homes. It’s while working in construction that he decided to expand and further his knowledge of real estate.
Bruce continues to expand his education in real estate and loves to talk to others about the advantages of home ownership, investing, and all the advantages that the real estate environment can provide.
Whether buying your first home, vacation home, investing or downsizing, making the right decision comes with having the best-informed and educated choices. Making a real estate transaction doesn’t have to be overwhelming, having someone who has the understanding and the skill to translate the complex components of the real estate world will make all the difference for you and in your next transaction. Hello! I would like to take a moment introduce myself. I have a deep and sentimental appreciation for homes, because I moved frequently as a kid, and now even more as a military wife. It is such a treasure to find the place that fits just right, and I take great pride when I find it for others. My home is in the beautiful and unique city of Camden, NC. It fits me just right: friendly, rustic, and peaceful. As you can probably tell, I am an avid equestrian and I have a passion for animals, especially rescues.
Professionally, I have experience from the lending side of the real estate industry. I was previously a mortgage loan processor, managing home loans from the application all the way to closing. This strengthened my skills in communication and working my time efficiently. Having a Realtor® that thoroughly knows the loan process can be a valuable asset and relief when purchasing your home. I have been a real estate agent since 2016 and I love it! Nothing is more satisfying then to meet people, get to know them, and find them the perfect match. I do not rush or push my clients, while at the same time I am open and honest. I will tell you how it is and what to expect.
I am licensed in Virginia and North Carolina, giving my clients a broader range of options for purchase, as well as access to two MLS systems to sell your home. I will expand to the OBX shortly! Furthermore, I am honored to serve the military as they selflessly serve us. I am married to an active duty member, as well as certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). This military wife understands your military life!
I would be honored to meet you and your family and see what I can do to "move" you in the right direct for the next chapter of your life!
